Peter Burnett: I was glad to have Mr. Khaled Santina as the trainer of the PMI-PBA live online class, he is marvelous, he explains and showed us everything that’s the way it is supposed to be someone who goes step by step explaining things clearly and giving examples in the same time with real-life scenarios and pitfalls!!! It was a great 👍 class, I’ve learned a lot during the class because he is also someone who has good experience in business analysis. The exam taking strategies was just right and too valuable… my only comment was on the registration process, where the confirmation email took around 10 minutes to be received after payment.
