ECBA Course Description
The ECBA training is designed to prepare participants to pass the ECBA® exam – the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis – from the first attempt. It features study material and questions bank to reduce preparation time and increase chance of success. The course is aligned with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) version 3.0 and includes sample exam questions to make you ready. Additionally, you’ll learn test-taking tips and strategies, along with other practice exercises to reinforce the material.

This course is designed to enable you to pass the ECBA exam and spend less time in preparation. By taking this course, you should expect the following:

ECBA Requirements
ECBA™ certificate recognizes the foundational knowledge of individuals entering the field of business analysis. The online competency-based exam is aligned with A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide). Once you earn your ECBA you are eligible to take the ECBA+ Practicum to develop your skills to be job-ready, day one.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the ECBA, you have to meet the following requirements:
- Professional Development:
Minimum of 21 hours in the last 4 years - Agreement with the ECBA™ Code of Conduct

ECBA Exam
The ECBA exam is a live web delivered exam that requires a desktop or laptop, a working webcam, and microphone.
In order to be admitted to the exam, please ensure that your IIBA profile name matches your government identification.
The ECBA™ exam is 1 hour long and consists of 50 multiple choice questions. It is competency-based aligned to BABOK® Guide Version 3.
